SYMPOSIUM, THE PACE CRIMINAL JUSTICE INSTITUTE

The Pace Criminal Justice Institute announces “Representing the Young Adult: Science, Practice, and Ethics,”  the first in a series of CLE programs designed for criminal practitioners in the Hudson Valley. The program will explore the causes of juvenile crime and the science of the teenage brain, the steps in handling a young adult case in the family and criminal courts, sentencing alternatives, relevant Supreme Court caselaw, and ethical and practical issues involved in representing young adults. Panel discussion will follow the screening of "Natural Life".
